Registration Requirements

 

All courses will be English or Spanish not mixed!

 

All classes will require a manifest submitted to our office for registration along with 50% of the class cost no later than two (2) business days (M-F is considered business days) prior to the scheduled class. Failure to comply will result in no training. You will be charged full price for no-shows based on the manifest provided.

 

Minimum Student Requirements

RT-130 classes in the Philomath and Salem area must have a minimum of 15 people or the class will be canceled. Out of town RT-130 classes are a minimum of 25 people or the class will be canceled.

 

Out of Town Classes (outside of Philomath or Salem)

There will be additional charges for out of town classes. Fuel (no mark up), Travel Time ($15/hour) and the Training room rental will be divided and billed as a per student rate. NFTCA will cover the cost of lodging and meals for the instructor.

 

NFTCA, Inc. will no longer be doing pack tests except for RT-130 and S130/190 classes being held at the NFTCA training center.
